Experience the thrill of the sports on offer at [venue] with casual or social play.  Please note, casual use means you may share the court with other players.

Competition opportunities are also available including social competitions for all ages.

What is Athletics?

Athletics, often referred to as track and field, encompasses a wide range of competitive sports which include running, jumping, throwing, and walking events. These events test aspects of physical fitness and skill, such as speed, strength, endurance, and agility.

Athletics competitions are held at all levels and is divided into different disciplines, including sprints, middle and long-distance races, hurdles, relays, high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, shot put, discus, hammer throw, and javelin.

JUNIOR ATHLETICS STARS PROGRAM

Age Group: 6-8 years

Description: The Junior Athletics Stars Program is designed to introduce young children to the exciting world of athletics in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on developing basic skills such high jump, running and hurdles through engaging drills and games. Our experienced coaches ensure that each session is filled with enjoyment and learning, fostering a love for the sport from an early age.

FUTURE ATHLETIC CHAMPIONS PROGRAM

Age Group: 9-12 years

Description: The Future Athletics Champions Program is designed for kids who have a basic understanding of athletics and are looking to take their skills to the next level. This program focuses on enhancing technical abilities and competitive play. Our professional coaches provide a structured yet enjoyable environment where young players can thrive and develop their potential.
