Experience the thrill of the sports on offer with casual or social play.  Please note, casual use means you might share the court with other players.

Competition opportunities are also available including social competitions for all ages.

What is Volleyball?

Volleyball is an exciting team sport played on a rectangular court divided by a net. Each team consists of six players, and the objective is to score points by grounding the ball on the opponent’s side of the court or forcing an error.

Volleyball is a high-impact sport, demanding agility, quick reflexes, and powerful jumps. It is excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and teamwork. The sport’s dynamic nature, involving spikes, serves, and blocks, provides an energetic and engaging workout for players of all levels.

JUNIOR VOLLEYBALL STARS PROGRAM

Age Group: 6-8 years

Description: The Junior Volleyball Stars Program is designed to introduce young children to the exciting world of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on developing basic skills such as rallies and serves through engaging drills and games. Our experienced coaches ensure that each session is filled with enjoyment and learning, fostering a love for the sport from an early age.

FUTURE VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONS PROGRAM

Age Group: 9-12 years

Description: The Future Volleyball Champions Program is designed for kids who have a basic understanding of volleyball and are looking to take their skills to the next level. This program focuses on enhancing technical abilities and game understanding through advanced drills and competitive play. Our professional coaches provide a structured yet enjoyable environment where young players can thrive and develop their potential.
